ASAP "Pass the Hat" Incentive

The state council that raises the most money within its division will receive $1,500 for the jurisdiction’s general fund.

• Supreme will also match 25% of the funds raised up to a maximum of $12,500 from Supreme for $50,000

raised. Supreme’s matching funds will be made payable to the PRCs and/or MHs selected by the state council.

• Pass the hat funds can be allocated to any one or more of the centers on this list, or the state can donate to unlisted centers after determining that they meet ASAP stated criteria

• All funds must be collected by May 31, 2024

• Local councils may make donations and claim ASAP participation as a life program activity on their

SP7 awards input form. However, they may not submit an ASAP grant application for their “pass the

hat” contributions.

Councils can send a check to Illinois State Council KofC Charities, Inc., write ASAP Pass the Hat on the memo line and mail the check to:
