The Elected and Selected State Offices of the Illinois jurisdiction of the Knights of Columbus have become aware that the change in styles and direction at the Council level has left the Council officers without clear direction and understanding in many cases of what their position really involves. The State Officers place the need to assist our council leaders at a high level and thus have prepared the following program for the benefit of you the Grand Knight, as well as your fellow council officers and the continued success of the council.
