General Assistance
The Charitable Assistance Fund helps Illinois Knights respond when families, parishes, schools, Councils, and communities face sudden hardship, extraordinary loss, or disaster. CAF funds stay in Illinois and are used to help meet real needs when they arise. Last fraternal year, CAF provided support for tornado victims in Lena, Kankakee, and the Effingham area.
When local leaders report needs quickly, the State Charities Board can send aid when help is needed most.
2026–2027 CAF Goal
The statewide CAF goal for this fraternal year is: $46,839
This year, we are also emphasizing: 100% Council participation
The Council goal remains simple: $1.25 per dues-paying member
Every Council can help. Every gift matters.

Send funds in monthly
