Joining Councils Made Easy

Download the file above.  Change the "NUMBER HERE" Text to your council number.  Print as many as you need and distribute.  There are 4 copies on every page with QR code and instructions for the new member.

This QR Code is the only Form 100 that you need!

DO NOT send a paper Form 100 to Supreme when recruiting a member.  Use the QR Code above,  or the Flyer below to sign up new members.  They will appear in the CANDIDATES tab of Officers Online. Then the GK or FS can transfer them into the Council after they participate in an Exemplification.

DON"T FORGET TO FILL OUT A FORM 450 ONLINE TO VERIFY YOUR EXEMPLIFICATIONS!
