Eucharistic Revival
Renewing the Church by enkindling a living relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ in the Holy Eucharist
At the 140th Supreme Convention, Bishop Cozzens called on all delegates to be leaders in the National Eucharistic Revival. To stay up to date on all that is happening, locally and nationally, sign up for the Heart of the Revival newsletter here.
The USCCB has also created a Leaders Playbook for Year 1. This playbook offers the “Why” and “How” of the Revival, along with some practical suggestions about “What” might happen. Please refer to this document as your state council continues to support this initiative. We will be sharing this playbook with state program and faith directors as well.
The Eucharistic Revival is a national and diocesan movement to invite Catholics into a deeper understanding and devotion of the Holy Eucharist.
This movement of Catholics is about healing, conversion, formation, and becoming a unified Body of Christ by focusing on encountering the real Body of Christ, present to us in the Eucharist. It’s about helping people grow in understanding and devotion to the source and summit of our faith, the Holy Eucharist!
From coast to coast and in jurisdictions around the world, Knights play a role in strengthening eucharistic faith in their parishes: regularly participating in Mass, organizing Holy Hours and leading eucharistic processions.
Now, with the launch of the National Eucharistic Revival in June 2022, all members are urged to deepen their devotion to Jesus Christ in the holy Eucharist through prayer, faithful attendance at Mass and Adoration.
