Effective immediately every council who refers a prospective field agent who ultimately contracts as an agent and tenures for a minimum of 6 months will have all per capita fees* waived for the next two billing cycles. Full details on this council incentive can be found here.

Any council that recruits 3 members before March 31st, and has donated at least $500 to ASAP this fraternal year, will receive an additional $250 on top of the $100 match already given to the organization.

Top recruiting council in each diocese in Q3 (Jan 1 to March 31) will receive a recruitment kit including a table cloth, pop banner, and drive kit paraphaneial for running a recruitment drive.

Any district deputy whose district brings in 20 new members in Q3 will receive a choice of Yeti cooler, Stihl chainsaw, or equivalent value prize (we're flexible).
Q1 DD Incentive (July 1 – September 30)
Every district deputy who attains 35% or better of his District Intake Goal by September 30, 2025 will receive a Porter Shacket (insulated microfleece jacket).
Q2 DD Incentive (October 1 – December 31)
Every district deputy who attains 75% or better of his District Intake Goal by December 31, 2025 will receive their choice between a bartender cocktail shaker set OR a Monterey cheese knife set.
Q3 DD Incentive (January 1 – March 31)
Every district deputy who attains 110% or more of his District Intake Goal by March 31, 2026 will receive a KofC Branded Port Authority short sleeve UV dockside shirt.
Q4 DD Incentive (April 1 – June 30)
Every district deputy who attains Star District along with all his councils gaining at least one new member will receive a choice of either: a Cuisinart 20-piece deluxe BBQ set OR KofC branded Hydro Flask 12L soft cooler.

District Deputy Team Challenge
Team challenge incentive from July, 2025 through December, 2025. Each round is 2 months.
Round 1 - July and August, 2025
Round 2 - September and October, 2025
Round 3 - November and December, 2025
Each round, the winning team will win an award for being the winning team, as long as they reach a minimum team goal of 46 new men recruited.
The ONLY winning team from Round 1 was Team 5 with exactly 46 new members. Each member will receive an customer Illinois State Council ball cap.
The winners of Round 2 will win an engraved wine tumbler and any member of a losing team that reaches 46 new members will be entered into a drawing for one of five Rugged Rosaries.

Consolation Bracket
Team 7 - 49 members and Team 3 - 41 members.
Team 5 will receive the engraved wine tumbler.
Team 7 will have a chance to win 1 of 5 Rugged Rosaries.
Round 3 will have 3 divisions. The Champions, Fightback and Consolation.
