Recruiting a new member into the Order is one of the most important and noteworthy accomplishments that any Knight can achieve. New members keep our organization vibrant and ensure our success in the years ahead. For the proposer, however, there is more to recruitment than just asking a man to join.
When a proposer recruits a member, he will receive 500 VIP Points to use at Knights Gear. Please visit the Knights Gear website and select items that your points will cover. NOTE: 500 VIP Points are equal to $3.00.

Go for Two
Go for Two
"Go for Two" - Supreme Knight Patrick Kelly challenged each of us to invite two men to join the order. Any Knight who recruits two new members between September 1st and December 31st will receive an entry into a $1,500 drawing. If someone invites 4 men, they receive 2 entries, etc... This is a nice incentive on top of the VIP points that a member can earn at KnightsGear.com for bringing men into the order.

Q1 Incentive
Every district deputy* who attains 35% or better of his District Intake Goal by September 30, 2025 will receive a Porter Shacket (insulated microfleece jacket). Contests will be run in each quarter.
DD Q2 Incentive
Every district deputy* who attains 75% or better of his District Intake Goal by December 31, 2025 will receive their choice between a bartender cocktail shaker set OR a Monterey cheese knife set. Contests will be run in each quarter.

Team challenge incentive from July, 2025 through December, 2025. Each round is 2 months.
Round 1 - July and August, 2025
Round 2 - September and October, 2025
Round 3 - November and December, 2025
Each round, the winning team will win an award for being the winning team, as long as they reach a minimum team goal of 46 new men recruited.
The ONLY winning team from Round 1 was Team 5 with exactly 46 new members. Each member will receive an customer Illinois State Council ball cap.
The winners of Round 2 will win an engraved wine tumbler and any member of a losing team that reaches 46 new members will be entered into a drawing for one of five Rugged Rosaries.
