Earlier this Spring, we launched the Join ASAP initiative and the response was incredible! Thanks to your dedication to growing the Order and providing life-saving support to those in need, participating councils donated $927,767 to pregnancy resource centers.

To continue our efforts in expanding our charitable impact, Membership Growth and Programs have teamed up once again to bring you a new challenge this fall - the Join & Serve Challenge!

To qualify councils must fulfill their entire membership quota by November 30th and participate in the Food for Families program (min. $500 or 1,000 lb donated) 

Your Prize Includes:

·     8 custom embroidered KofC aprons

·     8 custom embroidered KofC baseball hats  

·     Plus, a bragging rights competition – councils who submit photos of their gear in action will be entered in for a chance to win a $200 gift certificate to Knights Gear!

To help support you in your efforts we have created a new Food for Families Flyer, which encourages men to join the Knights to help feed local families. This flyer also includes a customizable section to let people know where they can get involved!

You can find the new flyer on the Supply Store in the Faith in Action >> Family >> Food  for Families folder.

 Food For Families gives members the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in their own communities by helping families in need. As you look for ways to invite new men consider the following:

·     Share an impactful story that you have experienced firsthand from giving back.

·     Invite them to be a part of the Food for Families drive, without committing to joining ahead of time. Think of it as a way to test drive the Knights and see what we’re all about. They are likely to join once they get involved!

·     Show them that charity is at the heart of what we do. Be prepared to share what other local events and programs your council has planned for the year! If giving back is important to them, this will motivate them to join.

Let’s kick off the season of giving early and give more men the opportunity to connect and serve along side us.
